We aim to get everything made and dispatched as quick as possible, however some items can be made and posted a lot quicker than others.
As of April 2023 our dispatch times are 3-5 working days.
However binders have a 1-2 week dispatch time as we do not keep the binders in stock. If your order contains a binder and other products they will be dispatched once the binder has arrived.
Postage
We have set postage prices which relates to the weight of your order, and have postage capped at £5.95
As a guide,
Orders weighing under 100g, postage is £1.20
Orders weighing under 2kg, postage is £3
Orders weighing under 5kg, postage is £5.95
*The weight of packing supplies like boxes, envelopes and jiffy bags are included in the above weights
Postage is free for orders £100 and over.
We use Royal Mail and Evri to send orders
To keep postage costs down, I recycle as much packaging as possible. Whilst mailing bags, jiffy bags and hard backed envelopes are all new, orders that go out in boxes may be in a used box. We make sure all boxes are in good condition and are still strong enough to protect your order.
